It is a great unit but one of the pulley cables was done; and I didn't expect to be able to obtain a replacement part, and thought I would have to fabricate the part. Lo and behold, Fitness Repair had the part, for a fair price, and shipped it to me (in Canada) in less than a week. Absolutely outstanding service! Not only did they have the correct part, they sent me the manual on how to repair my eliptical machine. I think I could have figured it out, but it was very nice to have pictures and diagrams to go off of. Just needed a philips screwdriver, an open end wrench and an O-ring pliers.
