I have been searching for a part for my Lifecycle for months. Looking through the "Link" sites and other bogus internet sales scams when I found your site .... GREAT. Easy navigation good work on the parts cross reference (I haven't seen one like it anywhere!).

Not only did they have the correct part, they sent me the manual on how to repair my eliptical machine. I think I could have figured it out, but it was very nice to have pictures and diagrams to go off of. Just needed a philips screwdriver, an open end wrench and an O-ring pliers. You can do it yourself.
