I was so happy to find Fitness Repair Parts. I bought a gym quality Stairmaster for my home about 22 years ago. I never once had any problem with the equipment except after all these years the plug that connects to the connector box (not sure what that thing is called) and the "box" needed to be replaced. I ordered a replacement crank arm(s) for my 22 year old Vision Fitness recumbent exercise bike. The new parts arrived today; less than two business days after placing the order. I installed the new parts and the bike is working like it was brand new, ultra quiet, smooth and the correct resistance.

I will be replacing a few other parts for this commercial grade exercise bike very soon using your company..
