Display console assembly

NOTE: This is a universal console used on several machines. In order to switch the console to the appropriate model press and hold the select and enter buttons simultaneously on the display. Then use the resistance up and down buttons on the left side to go from UR to EF to ER. When the correct model is selected, press the enter key to save.
