I really appreciate you getting back to me so quickly and for following through on our original discussion a few weeks about returning the first belt when the new one arrives. I was worried when I called in on Friday to check on the order status that I had followed the directions incorrectly from our earlier conversation. Customer issues/concerns are bound to come up from time to time but it's how people and companies respond that I believe build customer loyalty. Thank you for handling my concern so promptly and to my satisfaction. I look forward to getting the new running belt and will the return the original right away. I ordered a flywheel for my elliptical machine from FitnessRepair Parts.com. I had hard time finding this part due to it being out of stock in many places. Fortunately, I found the part on Dec. 23 and placed my order. I received an email confirmation when it was shipped with the tracking number. I received it by Dec. 29. My elliptical is now back in good operating order. Thanks a bunch! | ||||
