I just wanted to thank you for a great experience with your company. My excercise equipment broke and I had no ideal where to get the part to fix it. I stumbled on to your site with a google search. The ability to see a picture of all the parts really helped because I sure didn't keep the manual to mine. Also in ordering the site told me what other parts I needed to finish the repair really helped. I think the parts were at my door in two or three days. The were exactly what I needed. Good to know good service still exists.

Thanks for the reply. I'm still talking with Spirit about whether they will warranty the motor. If they do not, I definitely will use the links to order it.
