I just wanted to thank you for the prompt shipment for the part, Schwinn 820P treadmill, which did fix the problem. The faulty part was returned the next day, by me, and the credit was credited to my credit card in about 2 weeks. Thanks again for the proper part, now I can exercise again. Motor was in stock & shipped right away. The price was competitive, in fact the motor & shipping was equal to the price @ other vendors for the motor only.
