TESTIMONIALS

Thanks for the great service. I just did the BBB Review and gave you guys 5 Stars.

Your site is very complete and easy to use, even looking for "out of manufacture" parts, which I expect is your bread and butter.

Which is to say, you do what you do very well.

It was a pleasure doing business with you.

I own a 20 year old weight stack home fitness machine. With the covid pandemic, I spent more time on it since my gym was closed. A couple of pulley cables and a foam pad needed replacement. The manufacturer (Parabody) has been out of business more than 15 years. FitnessRepairParts came up in a search for the items and had them in stock. In fact, I found no other site with exact replacement parts, and I did not want to fiddle with raw cable and various end connectors. I was concerned about some reviews regarding return policy - there is a restocking fee and you pay return shipping. But given the business model - parts available that are 15 years out of manufacture - I think that's a fair policy. The items came as described, shipped within a day with tracking id. These are perfect replacement parts, and service was excellent. Be sure you order the exact part you need.
